In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.a, Farley Nuclear Plant is required to report steam generator (SG) tube plugging and repairs for the Unit 1 15* Refueling Outage within 15 days of the completion of the plugging and repair effort.

Tube plugging and sleeving were completed on December 3,1998, and are reported as follows:
