Description:

On June 12, 1979 while perfoming repcir's on the "A" Core Spray Systen minimum flow line, a degradation of primary contaic=ent integrity occurred.

This is a viola tiou of Tec'h. Spec. 3.7.A.2. ,

Cause and Corrective Action: While investigating problems with the Core Spray Loop "A" minicten flov line, the disc in the 6" check valve rc. quired repair and was removed and replaced, ' thus violating pricary containment integrity. This occurrence was identified during an unscheduled IE Inspection.
