-NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) SUBMITTAL FOR TENNESSEE STORM WATER MULTI-SECTOR GENERAL PERMIT (TMSP) ASSOCIATED WITH INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES Enclosed is the completed NOI for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, for renewed coverage under the reissued TMSP. All of the storm water activities at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant are covered under Sector 0. Although activities covered by other sectors occur and are marked on the NOI, the majority are routed through outfalls covered under the individual NPDES permit for this facility.TVA has identified the appropriate sector in the facility's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) developed under the previous TMSP. The SWPPP will be modified and implemented as needed in accordance with the deadlines stated in the reissued permit.During the interim, TVA will continue implementing the existing SWPPP.
