This refers to an investigation conducted by the NRC's Office of Investigations regarding activities at Wolf Creek Generating Station . The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether contract employees, specifically Enercon and DZ Atlantic, at Wolf Creek Generating Station willfully violated work order instructions and falsified documents when constructing a security fence .
Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, testimony, and document reviews ,
the allegation that contract employees willfully violated work order instructions and falsified documents when constructing a security fence was not substantiated. The NRC plans no further action related to the alleged wrongdoing and considers this investigation closed.
