TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST - REVIEW OF PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN FOR THE PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION (TAC NO. L24940)
PROJECT: Review Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim) response to Order (EA-13-132) and the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Physical Security Plan (PSP) and verify implementation of the additional security measures.
The Division of Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation (SFST), Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS), requests technical assistance from the Division of Security Policy (DSP), Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR), for the completion of the following project:
DOCKET NOS.: 50-293, 72-1044 TAC NO: L24940 REQUESTED ACTION: NMSS/SFST requests NSIR/DSP review of the PSP and the security Order response for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station supporting NRC's safety inspection prior to its initial loading campaign. Prepare a memorandum documenting the results of NSIR's review. Please provide the information requested below and return a completed copy to the SFST Project Manager designated below.
