Issuance of Revision 1 to Technical Requirements Manual (TRM)
TO: Distribution This memo supersedes that dated March 29, 1996 in its entirety. Changes between the two memo's are shown with a revision bar.
Attached is Revision 1 to the TRM. These changes are the result of lessons learned from use of the TRM and the desire to place similar requirements in one location.
As such, Fire Protection requirements previously located in the UFSAR Section 9.5 and Procedure A-52.4.1 have now been relocated to the TRM. Similarly, several requirements from the TRM have been relocated to the Technical Specification bases. Revision 1 to the TRM is considered effective on April 1, 1996.
Please update your copy of the TRM according to th'e list below.
