On September 6, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to one employee at your facility and he did not pass. Enclosed with this letter are copies of both forms of the examination, including answer keys, the grading results for your facility, and a copy of the individual answer sheet for your employee. Please forward the results to the individual along with the copy of his respective answer sheet.
