Specifically, the requested relief was to allow Callaway's Residual Heat Removal pumps to be tested as standby (Group B) pumps for when the plant is in Mode 1, 2, 3, or 4, and as routinely operated (Group A) pumps for when the plant is in Mode 5 or 6. Although supporting information and justification was provided in the request, upon further consideration of the matter, AmerenUE has determined that the relief request should be withdrawn. Therefore, by this letter, AmerenUE respectfully requests withdrawal of the relief request identified as PR-04.
