NRC Annual Assessment Summary Oyster Creek
- AmerGen operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved public health and safety and protected the environment
- OC ended the year in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix. The station was in the Regulatory Response column for the first two quarters of 2007 based on a white Emergency Preparedness finding. A human performance substantive cross cutting issue was closed during the mid-cycle assessment 19
NRC Annual Assessment Summary Oyster Creek continued
- All cornerstone objectives were fully met
- NRC plans baseline inspections at OC for the remainder of CY 2008.
