IF RCS subcooling based on core exit T/Cs greater than Figure MIN SUBCOOLING and no RCP running, THEN perform the following:

a.Establish conditions for starting an RCP: o Bus 11A or 11B energized o Refer to Attachment RCP START b.IF conditions established, THEN start one RCP.
