Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation hereby transmits revised pages 204, 204a, 207, 225a, and 230 for the proposed Technical Specification amendment dated December 4, 1992.These pages have been revised to add the word"one" to the AOTs (Allowable Out of Service Times)to clarify operator actions in the event of the loss of two instrument channels.This revision will further strengthen the prevention of"Loss of Function" for the Isolation Actuation Instrumentation.
Thisrevisionwillfurtherstrengthen theprevention of"LossofFunction" fortheIsolation Actuation Instrumentation.
The revision to AOTs'ording does not alter the original meaning or intent of the General Electric Licensing Topical Reports or the BWROG Owners'roup clarifications.
