All-personnel weretrainedandqualified intheeddycurrentexamination method.andhavebeencertified toaminimumofLevelIfordataacquisition andLevelIIfordataanalysis.

Theinitialeddycurrentexaminations ofthe>>A>>and>>B>>S/Gswereperformed utilizing astandardbobbincoiltechnique withdataacquisition beingperformed withtheEDDYNETAcquisition System.Thefrequencies selectedwere400,200,100,and25KHz.Additional eddycurrentexaminations ofthe>>A>>and>>B>>S/Gswereperformed utilizing theZetec3-coilMotorized RotatingPancakeCoil(MRPC)probetoexaminetherolltransition region,selectedcrevicesandsupportplates.Thefrequencies usedfortheseexaminations were400,300,100,and25KHz.I,Theinletorhotlegexamination programplanwasgenerated toprovidetheexamination of100%ofeachopenunsleeved S/Gtubefromthetubeendthroughthefirsttubesupportplate,alongwith20%ofthesetubesbeingselectedandexaminedfortheirfulllength(204randomsampleasrecommended intheElectricPowerResearchInstitute

.(EPRI)guidelines]
