COM GITS ON P/M SSERS In reply to your request of April 17, 1985, enclosed are first-cut comments to the P/M $5ERs. Since time is of the essence, these comments are written on the actual copies of the SSER, are identified by page nusber, and are enclosed as Enclosure 1.

Comments identify disconnects with QA/QC SSERs and are also inspection oriented from the viewpoint of an NRC IE Inspector. You will note that I have requested you delete your individual SSER l

. standard phrases stating QA/QC evaluation. Please enter one statement in your Executive Summary stating that applicable asse'ssments have bean assimilated in SSER Supplement 11 for generic consideration.
