Dear Mr. Martin:

Despite great efforts to proof read the Decommissioning Plan (DP) for the University of Utah AGN 20lM nuclear reactor, license no. R 25 (Docket No. 50 72), dated 17 July 1990 and submitted on the same date, an error was found shortly after the document was mailed on the title page and the label on the cover of the DP which reads " License No R-26"instead of the correct "R 25." Enclosed are the correct versions of the title page and label to be exchanged for the erroneous items. I apologize for any inconvenience this oversight may cause.
