letter regarding restart of the University of Utah TRIGA reactor.

we have verified tha' you have completed the necessary corrective action for
the matters addresst ! in 'he Order and Notices of Violation and Deviation

dated July 8,1988. Accordingly, you are authorized to resume operation of
the TRIGA reactor.
.It is our understanding that your Reactor Safety Co.nittee will conduct a
