A technical review of the survey report was initiated by the NRC's contract ;
support laboratory, Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (0 RISE).
Enclosed is the letter and attached comments dated July 25, 1994, summarizing the initial ORISE review of your survey report. l We have reviewed the ORISE report, and the questions and comments provided were the subject of a telephone conversation held July 25, 1994, between Mr. Edwin F. Jackson of vour organization, and Dr. D. Blair Spitzberg of my staff. During this conversation, we discussed the need for additional information to address the ORISE comments and questions. We request that you provide this office your response to the ORISE report and the additional information requested therein, so that we can continue our review.
