Enclosed you will find the report on the final termination survey of the L-77 research reactor located on the Brigham Young University campus.
The reactor has been disassembled and all contaminated material identified in the process has been shipped to Richland Washington.
The University requests that upon approval of the final survey results that reactor license R-109 be terminated and the reactor facility be released to unrestricted use.
