Enclosed please find our application for this amendment which we are filing in accordance to 10 CFR 50.90.
We- are -applying for the Possession Only Amendment .for the following reasons:
- 1. All reactor operations have been suspended.
2.- The ~ reactor fuel has been unloaded and shipped off. site.
.3. To give us _ time to prepare and submit a decommissioning plan for the reactor facility.
Approval of this request will allow us to continue to assure that the reactor facility'is maintained in a safe and~ secure manner
.while we prepare the to submit to you our plans for decommissioning the reactor facility.
