Dear Mr. Adams:
Under the terms of our decommissioning plan the decommissioning committee is permitted to make changes to the plan that do not result in a reduced safety margin.
Our plan specifies five weeks as the time.to complete all phase _s of
' the decommissioning. Due to delays in calibrating equipment and obtaining waste disposal containers,_we propose to change the date of completion to January 31, 1993. Members of the committee in agreement with this change have signed below.-
