The Environr ~tal Survey and Site Assessment Program (ESSAP) of the Oak Ridge Institute for Science aA. Iducation (ORISE) performed radiological survey activities at the Brigham Young Univer. v77 Research Reactor in Provo, Utah on April 10 through 11,1996. ESSAP survey activities consisted of document and data reviews; alpha, beta, and gamma surface scans; J direct measurements for alpha and beta activity; removable activity measurements; and, exposure rate measurements.
Enclosed are 5 copies of the subject document. The draft report was revised as requested.
