AND SUPPLEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 1989 By letter dated June 23, 1989, and supplement dated September 15, 1989, CE requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1067 to reflect changes which have been made to the Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing organization. These changes are organizational in nature and will have no effect on the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22c(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
