By Memorandum and Order of August 12, 1985, the Board admitted for litigation, in whole or part, six of 11 contentions on the issue of offsite emergency planning. The parties have submitted proposed discovery schedules for the admitted contentions. The Board, having considered the matter, hereby orders that the following discovery schedule be implemented for the admitted offsite emergency planning contentions.
: 1. First round discovery requests shall be served by October 14, 1985.
: 2. Responses to first round discovary requests shall be served within 30 days after service of the request.
