ORDER This case is before the Commission on a motion by Allen L.

Mosbaugh (" petitioner") for an extension of time in which to file two responsive pleadings. Briefly, petitioner seeks an extension of time in wnich to file his brief in response to the licensee's appeal of the Licensing Board's decision granting his petition for intervention and his response to the licensee's motion for a stay of the Licensing Board's order granting discovery. As a basis for his request, petitioner cites both the press of business, including recent filings in other cases in response to Commission orders, and the time lost because of the recent weather conditions in the Washington, D.C., area. The NRC Staff does not object to a limited extension of time. The licensee ,

vigorously opposes the petitioner's request for an extension. ,

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.772(b), upon consideration of the petitioner's motion and the parties responses thereto, the petitioner is granted an extension of time until Monday, March A0 [ }'60
