ORDER Oral argument on the appeal of Georgians Against Nuclear Energy (GANE) from.the Licensing Board's August 27, 1986, partial initial decision will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 1987, at 1:30 p.m. in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.
GANE will be allotted 45 minutes for the presentation of argument; if it wishes, it may reserve a portion of this time for rebuttal.
The applicant and the NRC staff will share 45 minutes; they should agree upon a division of the time.
Each party shall provide the Secretary to this Board by letter mailed no later than January 9, 1987, with the name
