Pursuant to 10 CFR li 2.715 and 2.752', we will hold a public limited appearance session-from 7 pm to up to 10 pm (as required), January 11, 1993, and a public prehearing conference from 9 am until 11 am on January 12, at the Law Enforcement Center, Room 240, 401 Walton Way, Augusta, Georgia 30911.
Limited appearances may be written or oral.
People wishing to speak may obtain priority by mailing a letter on or before January 5 to: Licensing Board (Georgia 2See also 6 2.751a.

Limited Appearances will be listened to or read carefully but they are not part of the decisional record-and may not, therefore, form a basis for the opinion of the Board.
Each appearance vill be limited to from five to ten min-utes, depending on the number of speakers; the time limit vill be announced-at the beginning of the session.
The prehearing conference vill be held to hear oral argument concerning the admission of parties and conten-tions.
The order of oral argument vill be: petitioner, i
applicant for the amendment, Staff of the Nuclear Regula-tory Commission.
Parties may have up to one-half hour --
including interruptions for Board questions -- and may-reserve up to ten (10) minutes for rebuttal.
At the conclusion of oral argument, parties may be given up to five minutes each for arguments concerning scheduling.
All written exhibits and graphics to be used at the conference should be received by the Board and parties by January 7, 1992.
