Januar/ 23, 1986 Supplemental Scheduling Order On January 14, 1986, the Licetising Scard issued a scheduling on$er concerning Contentions 7 and 10.5, that are to be the subject of an evidentiary hearing coninencing March 11, 1966. Today we denied Applicants' motion for sumary disposition of Contention 10.1 (Oose-Rate Effects). That Contention shall also be heard along with other cited technical contentions.
The sr.neduling order of January 14, 1986, is hereby made applicable to Contention 10.1 iust as it is to Conten-tions 7 and 10.1.
It is so Ordered.
