The safety implications were minimal because the remaining three switches were l all operative and would have performed as designed. There was no effect on public y health or safety. do previous occurrences noted. '

g ; operates the switch. Switch movement is less than 1/64 inch between open and closed. I

Af ter minor adjustment of internal "zero" screw, the switch operated. The pressura  ;

switch was then adjusted to 55 I 5 inch dp increasing and repeatability was verified. [

DIS 1500-9 will continue to be performed. No further action deened necessary.  ;
