ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.44(d)(3) Virginia Electric and Power Company submits this letter to address the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Surry Power Station ISFSI. There have been no radioactive liquid or gaseous effluents released from the Surry Power Station ISFSI for the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. In addition, NUHOMS HD casks are stored onsite under the general license issued under 10 CFR 72.210. Likewise, there have been no radioactive liquid or gaseous effluents released from the NUHOMS casks during the same period.
Virginia Electric and Power Company submits this letter to address the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Surry Power Station ISFSI. There have been no radioactive liquid or gaseous effluents released from the Surry Power Station ISFSI for the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
