The petitioner filed a correction and supplement to its petition on March 15, 2012. The Commission has requested that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issue a decision on this request for hearing and motion to reopen the proceeding as expeditiously as possible, but no later than 60 days from the date of this referral.
