Dear Mr. Chisum:
By letter dated April 2, 2014, (ADAMS ML14093A093) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) notified Entergy Operations, Inc., that the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, had been placed in the Regulatory Response Column of the NRCs Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) Action Matrix due to having one White finding in the Mitigating Systems Cornerstone.
