The purpose of this letter is to provide the NRC staff with a copy of the current revisions of the BSRR implementing procedures entitled, Bxpanded System Readiness Review Program, PMP 7200.RST.004, Revision 5 and Expanded System Readiness Review Program for Level 2 Systems, PMP 7200.RST.006, Revision 1.

Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) is providing these procedures for information purposes to support the current NRC inspections. I&M may revise these procedures as process enhancements or changes are deemed necessary. A revision to the level 2 procedure is currently in process. I&M will maintain the current procedures onsite and make these procedures available to the NRC inspectors.

Additionally, the current BSRR schedule is provided for informational purposes. The schedule depicts revised target dates since the 0350 meeting of April 15, 1999. The schedule provides key milestones, such as target dates for completion of systems, ESRR reports, System Readiness Review Board (SRRB) review of the system reports and Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) review of the system reports.

The ESRR process and schedule has been discussed in the February 11, 1999, NRC 0350 Meeting and initial results have been subsequently discussed in the March 24, and April 15, 1999 NRC 0350 meetings. As discussed in these meetings, I&M is committed to performing these reviews in a rigorous and quality manner. As

However, IN will continue to provide updates of the ESRR progress and schedule to the NRC inspectors.
