In the course of a public meeting held on March 28, 2006, to discuss the contaminatedgroundwater conditions at the Indian Point Energy Center, Entergy committed to provide you with a list of the potential sources of radioactive materials that were being considered in their investigation. Entergy recently provided our office with the enclosed information in response to your request. This information will also be made publicly available in our ADAMS DocumentSystem as Accession No. ML061170648 and posted on our public website for Indian Pointissues, http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/plant-specific-items/indian-point-issues.htmlAs we indicated at the public meeting, NRC is continuing to closely monitor Entergy's efforts tocharacterize the extent of groundwater contamination, identify the cause of the contamination,and resolve this condition.
