  • NRC Annual Performance Assessment of Oyster Creek 2006 Reactor Oversight Program Purpose of Today's Meeting NRC will address licensee performance as described in the annual assessment letter.

Plant was in Regulatory Response Column of the Action Matrix (cornerstone objectives fully met). The NRC conducted a supplemental inspection in May 2006 to address two White emergency preparedness inspection findings.

The supplemental inspection was not able to close the August 2005 White finding.

In 2007, the NRC plans to perform a 95001 Supplemental Inspection in addition to baseline inspections.
