WO#: R2119514 Type Of Work: Diving Inspection of Condensate storage tank Hazards: Water, Elevated platform, Diving evolutions Location of CSRT Equipment: Rescue Truck staged adjacent to CST during diving evolution Equipment to be Staged: Lowering system, 4:1 hauling system Rescue Scenario: Injured diver removed from tank by dive rescue plan, requires rescue from elevated platform to ground for extrication.

Injured diver, conscious or un-conscious rescued from CST to upper platform, diver to be placed in SKED/ Stokes/ or LSP Halfback for transfer to medical support.

Assemble 4:1 hauling from overhead anchor point for any lifts or diver rescue assist, lowering from platform using lowering eight tied to overhead anchor point. Belay tied around manway or fixed ladder system. Divers have winch assembly for extraction and diver has diving gear with point of attachment on middle back.

Remove diver from dive gear at top platform, transfer to stokes, LSP Halfback or SKED with back board as assessed at the scene.

Requires maximum of 3 rescuers, minimum of 2 with diver assistance.
