PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and the industry to continue discussing the draft report on the Advanced Finite Element Fracture Mechanics Analyses that the industry intends to submit on July 10, 2007. Results and ongoing issues concerning weld residual stresses, validat ion, and acceptance criteria will be discussed.
