This is a follow up to our April 21, 2009 and May 6, 2009 letters ruqu briefing regarding the discovery of tritium in a cable vault at the Oyster Crec Facility as soon as your Department's investigation is completed.

The preliminar provided which we, in turn, made available to our constituency, was greatly apprec.iated.We write today regarding a recently published report in the media that the .NueI Commission (NRC) is still determining whether or not to release to the public the root-ca.so annlYSi4.
