Dear Mr. President:
As the New Jersey State Legislators representing the 9th Legi Delegation is writing to you today regarding a root-cause analysis prep*
Regulatory Commission (NRC) concerning a tritium release that occurred year at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station which is located in La Jersey.
According to published media reports, the NRC has a time frame: of six w.k, t1d' de whether or not to make this information public. As we have stated in a letter to6 N CRhi,?
