(DEK) hereby provides notification regarding the registration of 14 NUHOMS spent fuel storage cask systems approved under amended Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1004, which DEK had previously loaded and registered under an earlier amended CoC. On June 27, 2017, DEK applied the changes authorized by Revision 1 to Coe 1004, Amendment 9 to the four casks originally loaded under CoC 1004, Amendment 9; and applied the changes authorized by Revision 1 to CoC 1004, Amendment 1 O to the ten casks originally loaded under CoC 1004, Amendment
