Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54 and 10 CFR 50.71, the OQAM has been revised to incorporate changes since the last docketed revision transmitted via Reference

It also includes a title change for the Manager, Nuclear Oversight on the Policy/Introduction section which includes the approval of Revision 30. These changes were determined to not represent reductions in the Operating Quality Assurance Program as previously accepted by the NRC. The OQAM continues to maintain focus on activities affecting quality, consistent with importance to safety, including compliance to 10 CFR 50, Appendix B requirements.

These are title changes and changes in assignments of responsibilities.

In one case there was an elimination of a management position however, the next higher level in the organization has assumed those responsibilities.
