DRILL: Notification of ALERT - Tornado warnings, winds .
Loss of all service water. DRILL UPDATE: At 0846 PDT, the licensee has declared an ALERT. High winds have cubsided to 58 mph, while facility is in center of storm. 'A' train service wIter system out-of-service because of a fire in the service water pump house.
B' service water train is inoperable because the discharge valve of the 'B' pnp is frozen at 15% open. HPCS is inoperable because of the pump house fire end service no service water to the HPCS diesel.
B3th 'A' and 'B' diesel generators are inoperable because of no service water for their cooling.
'tTh3 licensee is experiencing a low fire main header pressure.
Tha licensee has notified the state and resident.
