NOTICE OF VIOLATION Washington Public Power Supply System Docket No. 50-397 WashingtonNuclearProjectNo.2(WNP-2) License No. NPF-21 EA 93-135 During an NRC inspection conducted on April 2 through May 17, 1993, violations of NRC requirements were identified. In accordance with the
" General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violations are listed below:
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information . required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.
Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulaticc: or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material rcspects. Specifically, during the period of ,
October 1, 1991 and March 30, 1992, 128 fire protection records made by 20 individuals were identified as being incomplete or inaccurate. These errors were material in that they < evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
