  • Overall, the installed vehicle barrier system was consistent with the summary description, encompassed all vital areas, and accurately described in the security '

i plan. A violation was identified involving a gap in the vehicle barrier system that provided a pathway for a design basis vehicle to gain unauthorized proximity to vital areas (Section S1.1).

  • Ti10 bomb blast analysis was consistent with the summary description. Distances between the vehicle barrier system and vital equipment exceeded the minimum standoff distanco (Sectic,n S1.2).
  • Procedures properly addressed security surveillance, maintenance, compensatory measures, vehicle access control, and the sefe shutdov*n of the plant (Section S1.3).
