In Reference 1, NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC submitted licensee event report (LER) for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. The cover letter supporting the LER did not effectively convey event reporting requirements as indicated on NRC FORM 366. The NRC FORM 366 did contain the appropriate reporting requirements.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments .
