Nuclear Management Company, LLC, former license holder for Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP), Units Iand 2, submitted an application for renewed operating licenses via Reference (1).

Reference (2) transmitted the Renewed Licenses for PBNP Units 1 and 2, respectively. License Condition 4.J for the Unit IOperating License (ML053530209) states:

"The FSAR supplement dated February 25, 2004, as revised, describes certain future activities to be completed prior to the period of extended operation. NMC shall complete these activities no later than October 5, 2010, and shall notify the NRC in writing when implementation of these activities is complete and can be verified by NRC inspection."

In compliance with the above License Condition, this letter is being submitted to notify the Commission that the activities required to be complete no later than October 5, 2010, have been completed and can be verified by NRC inspection.
