Subject:

Withdrawal of Technical Soecification Change Detroit Edison hereby requests that the Reference 2 license amendment request that affects Technical Specification (TS) Surveillance Calibration Intervals be withdrawn.

Reference 3 discusses the status of NRC staff review of General Electric Topical Report NEDC-32160P (December 1992) and the open items which require resolution in order for this topical report to be approved. Since the Reference 2 request is predicated on this topical report, Detroit Edison believes that further action on the requested changes is inappropriate at this time. 7 9,0 9600060055 960730 PDR ADOCK 05000041 p PDR l
