Dear Sir or Madam:

By letter dated April 23, 2007, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., submitted an application pursuant to 10 CFR Part 54, to renew the Indian Point Energy Center Unit 2 and Unit 3 operating licenses.

By way of clarifying the license renewal application and associated cover letter, the name "Indian Point Energy Center Units 2 and 3" is synonymous with the name "Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No's 2 and 3," as evidenced by the Docket and License Numbers referenced therein.
