Pursuant to 1 O CFR 52.99(c)(4), and in accordance with Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP)

Unit 3 Combined License (COL) NPF-91 condition 2.D.(2)(d), Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) hereby notifies the NRC that all of the inspections, tests, analyses and acceptance criteria (ITAAC) in VEGP Unit 3 COL Appendix C have been successfully completed and are being maintained.

ITAAC Closure Notifications have been submitted to the NRC for each ITAAC in VEGP Unit 3 COL Appendix C in accordance with 10 CFR 52.99(c)(1 ). All of the ITAAC Closure Notifications are substantiated by ITAAC Completion packages, which include the documentation (tests, reports, completed procedures, completed analyses, etc.) that support the ITAAC determination bases. The ITAAC completion packages are available for NRC inspection at the plant site.

SNC is not aware of any condition that warrants submittal of an ITAAC Post-Closure Notification (IPCN) under 10 CFR 52.99(c)(2) for which an IPCN has not been submitted and hereby affirms the completion of all lTAAC prescribed in the combined license for VEGP Unit 3. On this basis, SNC requests that NRC staff make a finding that the acceptance criteria in the combined license are met (10 CFR 52.103(g)).
