submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a response to Commitment 10 of the Braidwood Station, Unit 1 and Byron Station, Unit 1 safety evaluation report, NUREG-2190 Volume 1 (ML15350A038) and Volume 2 (ML15350A041). Braidwood Unit 1 and Byron Unit 1 have chosen Option 2, Analysis and Analysis - Susceptibility, for both Commitment 10 parts 1 and 2.

The NRC staff is in the process of reviewing the documents provided. Based on the review, the NRC staff has identified the attached final request for additional information (RAI) and requests for confirmation of information (RCIs). The schedule for your response to the RAI and RCIs was discussed with Lisa Zurawski and Brian Seawright of your staff, and a mutually agreeable date for the response is within 45 days from the date of this email, or as otherwise agreed upon with the NRC Project Manager.
