CHECKLIST FOR REVIEWING RIC PRESENTATIONS AND MATERIALS The checklist below has been developed for Session Chairs and Coordinators to use as a planning tool to ensure presentation slides and other RIC materials are of high quality, have been appropriately reviewed and vetted, and are ready for external consumption from the RIC website:

1. Ensure that all speakers (internal NRC and external) submit their presentation slides, video recordings and any associated assets or materials for review in accordance with established due dates to allow ample time for internal office/management review, OGC, and QTE review, and for revisions to be made, as necessary.
2. Ensure the format of the materials provided for review are appropriate and are conducive to both an in-person setting as well as a virtual platform session setting.
3. Ensure the content of slide presentations, videos, etc. align with the topic and focus of the session, and that the messaging is professional in nature.
4. Ensure that information displayed on presentation slides are optically uniform throughout the slide deck, and that the font size and amount of content on each slide is appropriate (e.g., easily readable by the audience without the use of handouts).
5. Ensure the number of slides submitted are appropriate for the time allotted (one minute per each slide), and that each slide is numbered for easy reference.
6. Ensure all slides, videos, and associated materials provided for review meet 508 compliance requirements and that the use of any graphics or illustrations follow current copyright laws.
7. Ensure information presented is accurate and easily verifiable (e.g., dates, etc.). The intent is to not influence individual organization perspectives or philosophies.
8. Ensure presentation slides and associated materials have been entered into ADAMS, if applicable, and for those, appropriate security levels have been assigned for each.
