Enclosed is a copy of Revision 18 of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Unit 3 for Reload 23, Cycle 24. This revision incorporates corrected off-rated limits and updated power level restrictions associated with equipment out of service conditions.

This COLR is being submitted to the NRC as required by the PBAPS, Unit 3 Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.6.5.d.
